ZyXEL MWR222 Portable 802.11n WiFi Standard Mobile Wireless Router
November 13, 2009 | Gadgets, Network | Comments OffZyXEL has announced the new mobile MWR222 Mobile Wireless Router, which offers consumers and business travelers high-speed Internet access everywhere. The pocket size MWR222 is a rugged wireless router compatible with the 802.11n WiFi standard offering at up to 150Mbps data transfer. It offers WPS button for quick installation and easy wireless security and is backward compatible with 802.11b / g.
The ZyXEL MWR222 has two Ethernet ports to support fixed DSL / cable connection and two USB ports for connecting mobile broadband via USB dongle 3G/4G/LTE. It’s built-in rechargeable battery provides over two hours. Also in place are the only MWR211 with USB and Ethernet ports to support 3G/4G and 150Mbps, 11n wireless compatible, and the only MWR215 USB and Ethernet connectivity for 3G/4G, WAN backup and 300Mbps, 802.11n wireless.
The ZyXEL router phones will be available in Q1 2009. The MWR222 will be priced at $ 299.99, and MWR211 199.99 $ 99.99 $ MWR215. [via itechnews]
